Mini Monty – 17km Run/Walk

Course Description

The Mini Monty is the mid course in the Coastal Challenge Series line-up and a course where you’ll ‘see it all’, without a crazy number of kilometres! The Mini Monty course will take participants from Browns Bay south along the beach and around the rocks eventually getting to Milford where you’ll have a short wade or swim across the estuary mouth Note: There are some small swimming sections along this first section to Milford and some very slippery rocks too. You’ll then be back on your feet and heading south again along Milford beach, around the rocky trail to Takapuna, then south along Takapuna Beach, around the rocks to Cheltenham Beach and then onto the home stretch (only 1km of pavement!) to Windsor Reserve in Devonport. A great course, with a tad more water interaction than the two shorter course options.
